The PS-100+ is a high-end turntable with an excellent price-performance ratio! Equipped with a 1.5 kg external motor with 33 and 45 RPM drive. The chassis is made of high-gloss lacquered MDF and solid, precisely machined aluminum plinths; this rests on adjustable spike feet. The turntable made of acrylic glass, the felt slip mat and the tonearm weighing just 11.5 g including 65 g counterweight and an anti-skating weight round off the features. These features are usually only found on devices above the 2000 euro mark. A thoughtful detail: the tonearm is held magnetically in its rest position to avoid unsightly clip mounts, an unattractive appearance and disturbed operation. The Ortofon OM5E system is pre-installed and aligned. A chinch connection cable with earthing and a pair of cotton gloves for gentle assembly are of course included in the scope of delivery.
