"The Talis TLR 1 is a real mini speaker. But only in terms of its dimensions. Although it is only approx. 10 cm wide, 11 cm deep and 21 cm high, it sounds like a large speaker up to considerable levels. The high-quality two-way configuration consists of a bass-midrange driver with large magnets and an aluminum cone and a 25 mm A sophisticated crossover with low-bass equalization turns this excellent configuration into a harmonious and natural-sounding unit that truly amazes. The TLR 1 can be used universally: as a small hi-fi speaker, as a rear speaker in a rear speaker in a surround system or together with the TLW-4A active subwoofer as a high-end satellite system."
