Record player Braun Atelier HiFi P3 in black:
Braun described this unit in its brochures as follows:
"Turntable with quartz-controlled direct drive. "ULM" tonearm and fully automatic.
Through quartz control, the P3 achieves the excellent synchronization value. For individual pitch fine tuning, the quartz frequency can be switched off and the speed can be adjusted by +/- 3.5%. All functions are controlled from the front panel via short-stroke keys. Speed and record diameter can be adjusted separately - e.g. for maxi-singles. Drive and tonearm are acoustically decoupled by subchassis and digitally fixed. The tonearm in "ULM" technology is dynamically balanced, so the scanning characteristics do not change even with warped records. As standard, the P3 is equipped with the Ortofon mag 2-E magnetic system."
